Renewable energy is defined as the energy obtained from virtually inexhaustible natural sources. Inexhaustible, because of the vast amount of energy they contain or because they can be regenerated by nature itself.
In recent years, due to increased cost of fossil fuels and environmental problems, derived from their exploitation, we are witnessing a rebirth of renewable energy.
